We currently provide:

• Digital Delivery (Most Common): Setup guides, tools, or support materials are sent directly to your email address upon purchase or request. These are delivered instantly or within 10–15 minutes. 
• Physical Product Delivery (If Applicable): If you order physical items such as cables, cartridges, or printed manuals, please read the following shipping terms.

2. Processing Time

• Digital Products: Instant delivery via email or download link. 
• Physical Products: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

3. Estimated Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days 
• Express Shipping (If selected): 2–3 business days 
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to location & customs) 

Shipping time may vary based on your delivery location and courier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

• Digital Products: Free delivery 
• Physical Products: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location. 

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• For physical products, you will also receive tracking information when your order is shipped. 

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional charges may apply for resending.
